RTOA Series

A combined system solution composed of high cooling performance cooling heat exchanger, DC electric fans and optional oil tank with hydraulic accessories

The independent cooling system is a solution designed to address the lack of space in machinery, effectively assisting in the heat dissipation of hydraulic oil, which is then returned to the machine's circuit after cooling. This system utilizes external circulation to enhance the cooling efficiency of the machine and ensure stable performance under high load conditions.

Independent cooling systems typically use air, water, or oil as the cooling medium. The air cooling system relies on fans and heat exchangers; when hydraulic oil passes through the heat exchanger, the fan draws air into the exchanger to facilitate heat dissipation. The water cooling system uses water for heat exchange, allowing hydraulic oil to flow through the cooler and transfer heat to the water. The oil cooling system utilizes the hydraulic oil itself as the cooling medium, achieving rapid and effective heat dissipation through specialized heat exchangers.

Additionally, mixed cooling systems combine the advantages of both air and water, using both to enhance cooling performance. The design of independent cooling systems can be adjusted based on different application needs, ensuring equipment operates reliably while improving the efficiency of the hydraulic system. This makes independent cooling systems an essential component for providing effective cooling solutions in machinery operating under high-load conditions.
